The Rake's Progress Can Continue a Bit Longer

Reminder from the Department of Public Works:

Fall curbside yard waste collection will run the week of December 5th, 2022.

All items including yard waste must be placed by the curb no later than 7:00 AM the day of collection.

For those who prefer to drop off such materials, the Beaver Street Recycling Center is open Friday and Saturday from 8 AM - 3 PM, Tuesdays 12pm - 3pm April-Nov, Sundays 9am - 1pm April - Nov.

Under town bylaws,  to reduce the costs of solid waste disposal, no person shall deposit for regular  municipal trash pickup any material considered to be leaf and other yard waste nor any material collected in the municipal curbside recycling program.
