According to a blog post from Children's Health Rights of Massachusetts, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization run by a team of parent volunteers and actively supported by several Franklin parents, oral arguments for the group's school vaccine lawsuit against Cambridge and Belmont Public School districts is scheduled for February 7th at approximately 11:00 am. [SEE UPDATE BELOW]
Oral arguments for the school mask lawsuit against 14 school districts is scheduled for February 8th at approximately 9:30am.
The hearings will take place in front of a three Judge panel at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston, on the third floor, in courtroom four.
In both cases, the organization is asking the appeals court for injunctive relief—namely, to bar school districts and DESE from imposing "unscientific and harmful mandates on children."
"We expect the three judge panel at the appeals level to uphold the law and the Constitutional rights of parents in Massachusetts," the blog stated.
Live stream of the oral arguments may be broadcasted on the John Adams Courthouse YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5m3QM1dmvSvc42I_9tTxtw

UPDATE ISSUED at 11:30 PM on Monday:
We were notified by the court today that our hearing for the vaccine mandate has been postponed. The attorney for Cambridge caught COVID last week and the court today granted their request to push the hearing.
Cambridge is also included in our mask mandate hearing on Feb 8th, however that oral argument is still moving forward as planned.
We will provide an update once we receive a new court date.
