'Hot to Trot' 5K Coming on July 29

The Tri-County Regional Chamber is gearing up for its “Hot to Trot” 5k road race on Saturday, July 29th. Registration is from 7am to 7:30am and the race starts promptly at 8am.

Location is Upton VFW, 15 Milford Street, Upton, MA 01568

The event is for both seasoned runners or recreational runners “looking for a fun morning.” The family-friendly course is mostly flat and walkers are welcome, too.

A water stop will be available at the halfway mark.

Entrance fee includes breakfast, goodie bag and a performance wicking t-shirt.

Awards will be given for:

Overall Male and Female - 1st, 2nd, 3rd

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners

Male and Female Age Groups --14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
