LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN, MA The Franklin Town Council will hold a second reading and final vote on the adoption of Bylaw Amendment 24-909 as follows: Bylaw Amendment 24-909, Chapter 139, Sewers (Grease Traps) - This bylaw amendment will require all new commercial kitchens and food service establishments, as well as existing establishments undergoing ownership changes or capital improvements requiring a building permit, to install and maintain exterior grease traps and adhere to all related reporting and inspection requirements. The second reading and final vote on adoption of Bylaw Amendment 24-909 will take place during the Town Council Public Meeting beginning at 7:00 pm on June 26, 2024; there will be an opportunity for public input during the process. 21 RIVERSIDE DRIVE, FRANKLIN LEGAL NOTICE MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Jason P. Brennan and Carlyn M.
