Project: The work to be performed will include removing all deposited material from town-owned catch basins, collecting & logging relevant data, hauling the collected materials to the stockyard, with other incidental work as required. 48 Oakland Street LEGAL NOTICE MEDWAY CONSERVATION COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Mass General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and the Medway General Bylaws, Article 21 (wetlands) the Medway Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 5, 2024, at 7:30PM to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability. The hearing will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and the Medway General Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by Town of Medway Water and Sewer Department for the property of 48 Oakland Street. The applicant proposes to raze the existing corrosion control building, renovation of pump house, installation of buried flow meter installation of replacement water main, installation of underground electrical conduit, and repaving/removal of paved access road within the 0-100' Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland, as shown on Assessor's Map 51 Lot 025. The Town of requesting a waiver under Section 29 of the Medway General Bylaw Article 21 Regulations for work in 0-25' No Disturb Zone.
