held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a
complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers
status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military
service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to
the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to
a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you

HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPERTY TAX CLASSIFICATION
The Franklin Town
Council will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers of the
Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, Franklin,
MA on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. on the issue of
allocating the local property tax levy among the 5 property classes
for the Fiscal Year 2025. The hearing will provide an open forum for
the discussion of local property tax policy. Interested taxpayers may
present oral or written information on their views. Prior to
the setting of the tax rate, the Town Council must adopt a
Residential Factor following which the Council selects the percentage
of the levy to be borne by Commercial, Industrial and Personal
Property. Citizens are welcome to attend public meetings in
person. Additionally, citizens will be able to continue to

(Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation
Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Thursday, November
14, 2024 at 7:09 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by Todd Morey of
Beals Associates, Inc., Boston, MA on behalf of Dean Atkins of NBPIV
Constitution II LLC, Wakefield, MA. Proposed work includes the
redevelopment of the lot to construct two warehouses totaling 185,175
square feet (sf) and associated infrastructure including parking and
loading docks. Approximately 44,619 sf of work is proposed within the
100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), of which
619 sf of work is within the 25- foot “No Disturbance” Zone to
BVW, 3,440 sf is within the 25- to 50-foot Buffer Zone to BVW, and

NOTICE Town of Franklin Conservation
Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131,
s.40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation
Commission will hold a Remote Public Hearing on Thursday, November
14, 2024 at 7:06 PM on an after-the-fact Notice of Intent filed by
the Town of Franklin Department
of Public Works for the emergency replacement of a failing drainage
culvert that took place between December 26 of 2023 and January 10 of
2024. Approximately 328 square feet (sf) of the work is within
Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW). Additionally, approximately 2,797
sf of work is within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to BVW, of which 2,217
sf is within the 25- foot “No Disturbance” Zone, and 580 sf is
within the 25- to 50-foot Buffer Zone to BVW. Additionally,
approximately 3,125 sf of work is within the 200-foot Riverfront Area
and a Floodplain, and approximately 117.5 feet of the work is along
