RFP/FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY 2025-26 LEGAL NOTICE MEDWAY PUBLIC SCHOOLS MEDWAY, MASSACHUSETTS, 02053 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY 2025-26 Feb. 20, 2025 Medway Public Schools (MPS), 45 Holliston Street, Medway, MA 02053, the awarding authority, invites competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Section 6 for its Food Service Management Company (FSMC) for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with, at the discretion of MPS, the option for an additional two one year extensions. The Request for Proposals (RFP) package, with detailed specifications, will be available beginning Thursday Feb. 20, 2025 at either https://www.medwayschools.org/page/finance-and-business-operations or by contacting Patricia Leonhardt, Director of Finance and Operations at pleonhardt@medwayschools.org or from the Medway Public Schools Business Office, 45 Holliston Street, Medway, MA, 02053 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. MEDWAY, 46R GRANITE STREET LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MEDWAY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Medway Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 05, 2025 at 7:30 P.M, in Sanford Hall at the Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, Medway, MA on an appeal from Granite Street Farm LLC, with respect to property located at 46R Granite Street, Assessor Parcel No.74-003-0001, in the Agricultural Residential II (AR-II) Zoning District. The application is an appeal under M.G.L. chapter 40A section 8 seeking to reverse an order issued January 9, 2025, by the Building Commissioner, finding that the property is being used as a contractor's yard, which is a prohibited use in the zoning district, and ordering the applicant to cease and desist such use. LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE of REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DESIGN REVIEW GUIDELINES The Town of Medway has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for producing a comprehensive update of the Medway Design Review Guidelines. The RFP is available at www.townofmedway.org, via email at ta@townofmedway.org or at the Town Manager's Office during Town Hall hours. Proposals will be received only at the Town Manager's Office, 155 Village St, Medway, MA 02053 until 4:00 p.m. on March 6, 2025. The Select Board is the contract awarding authority. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the Town

CPC HEARING 3/3 LEGAL NOTICE Community Preservation Committee Public Hearing March 3, 2025, 7:30 PM Medway High School Library 88 Summer Street The Community Preservation Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 7:30 PM at the Medway High School Library, 88 Summer Street. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss proposals for utilizing the Town's Community Preservation Act Funds in the following areas: Acquisition, creation, and preservation of open space; Acquisition and preservation of historical resources; Acquisition, creation, and preservation of land for recreational use; Creation, preservation, and support of community housing; Rehabilitation or restoration of such open space, historical land and recreational use, and community housing that is acquired or created. Medway citizens interested in these areas and/or who have specific ideas as to how the Town should expend its Community Preservation Act funds are urged to participate. Residents of specific neighborhoods who have proposals in any of the above-mentioned areas for improving the quality of life in their particular neighborhoods are also urged to participate.
