Paul Malvey Duggan , 79, of Franklin died April 4 at Cedarwood Gardens Franklin.
Born in Fall River, May 14,1945, the son of the late John and Ruth (Malvey) Duggan, Paul had lived in Franklin for the past eight years.
He was a graduate of Coyle High School and attended Southeastern Massachusetts University, majoring in chemistry.
Paul had been a commercial fisherman, and a miner, and also had been a truck driver and bus driver.
Paul served in the Air Force , attaining the rank of Sergeant.
He had been a computer programmer and had been stationed at Lackland Air Force Base, Hanscom Air Force Base and at the Pentagon.
Paul is survived by his brother Joseph Duggan of Framingham and was the brother of the late John and Gerald Duggan.
He is also survived by four nephews, a niece and numerous cousins, grand nephews and nieces.
His services will be private with burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
