Happy Summer!
Old Colony Habitat for Humanity is proud to be restoring and transforming the historic property at 762 Washington Street in Franklin into a warm, welcoming home for a local family in need. This beautiful 200-year-old building will soon become a 2,128-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-full-bath home — blending the charm of history with the promise of a brighter future.

We are seeking sponsors and donors to help bring this vision to life. Every dollar raised will go directly to the build — no administrative overhead, just direct impact. Your support will fund critical components like framing, windows, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and more.
This project is more than a construction effort. It’s:
Would you consider joining us as a sponsor or making a contribution? Your partnership will ensure this home is both beautiful and built to last — a safe and stable place for a family to thrive.
