In Medway, PJ is Special!

This morning [Saturday], the Medway Police Department had the absolute honor of meeting a very special little boy named PJ.

PJ is 3 years old and faces several complex medical challenges, but that doesn’t stop him from spreading joy and inspiring everyone he meets. He loves first responders, especially police officers, and dreams of being one someday! 

Sergeant Ryan Ober, Officer Steve Paschal, Officer Katie Sharkey, and Officer Maggie Schindler had the privilege of showing PJ around the station, exploring our cruisers and equipment, and even giving him a ride in some of our vehicles. PJ’s smile lit up the whole department! We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend time with PJ and his family today. He truly reminded us why we wear the badge with pride, service, and heart.
