Yes, Franklin 17-year-old, Thomas Constantine has won the 107th Massachusetts Junior Amateur Powered by KOHR Golf at his home course, the Franklin Country Club. Congratulations.

According to a Facebook post from Franklin Firefighters Local 2637, the department hosted a technical rescue training in late July at Indian Rock, joined by peers from Bellingham and Millis Fire Departments. These collaborative trainings ensure that when low-frequency, high-risk technical rescue incidents occur, local fire department’s are skilled, equipped, and ready to respond.
According to a report on New England Fire News, there was a vehicle rollover with entrapment near the intersection of Pine and Beech Streets on Wednesday morning shortly after 9 am. Fire and Police units responded, extricated the injured victim and transported for medical care.
