execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given
by Charles F. Topham to Option One Mortgage Corporation, dated May
19, 2004 and recorded in Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book
21050, Page 270 (the “Mortgage”) of which mortgage Wells Fargo
Bank, N.A., as Trustee for ABFC 2004-OPT5 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed
Certificates, Series 2004-OPT5 is the present holder by Assignment
from Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation to

OIL TANKS LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS CHARLES RIVER POLLUTION
CONTROL DISTRICT Heating Oil Tanks The Charles River Pollution
Control District (District), a water pollution abatement district
established pursuant to provisions of M.G.L. c 21, §§ 28, 29 and
30, is soliciting bids under Chapter 30B M.G.L. for two (2) 6,000
gallon steel double walled heating oil tanks. The INVITATION
FOR BIDS describing the requirements for Heating Oil Tanks may be
obtained starting on Thursday, July 31, 2025, by contacting the
Administrative Clerk, Janice Healy, at 508-533-6762 x 32 or email:
jhealy@charlesriverpcd.org. The Deadline for Questions under
this procurement is August 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM (Local Time). All
questions must be in writing and forwarded to the District. Questions
received after the above day, date and time will not be addressed.
Questions shall be sent by email to Janice Healy, Administrative
Clerk – jhealy@charlesriverpcd.org. Questions and answers will be
issued to all Bidders by addendum three (3) business days prior to
the receipt of Bids. All Bids must be received in a sealed
envelope clearly labeled with the words: Charles River
Pollution Control District Bid for Heating Oil Tanks Sealed
bids shall be mailed, or hand delivered to the Charles River
Pollution Control District at 66 Village Street, Medway,
Massachusetts 02053. All bids must be received by 10:30 A.M.
