Town Code Bylaw Amendment LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN, MA The Franklin Town Council will hold a second reading and final vote on the adoption a Town Code Bylaw Amendment summarized as follows: 25-942: A Bylaw to Amend the Code of the Town of Franklin at Chapter 170, Vehicles and Traffic - Proposes to prohibit parking along both sides of Lewis Street for the first 100 ft. from East Central Street, by amending Chapter 170 of the Code of the Town of Franklin at Section 170-15.D.2 by inserting, in appropriate alphabetical order, Lewis Street, as follows: Name of Street Side Location Lewis Street Both From East Central Street for a distance of 100 feet south The second reading and final vote on adoption of Bylaw Amendment 25-942 will take place during the Town Council Public Meeting beginning at 7:00 pm on September 3, 2025; there will be an opportunity for public input during the process.
