120 Main Street LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID The Town of Medway, hereinafter called the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Former Medway Block Site Soil Remediation and Disposal project, located in Medway, MA, in accordance with the contract documents. The project includes the removal of petroleum-impacted soil in the location of the former Manufacturing Building and Shed (demolished in July 2025) at the Former Medway Block property at 120 Main Street, Medway, Massachusetts. Sealed bids for the General Contract shall be filed with the Awarding Authority by October 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the office of the Director of Public Works, at Medway Middle School, at 45 Holliston St., Door 9, Medway, MA 02053, at this time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The clock in the office of the Town shall be considered official time. No late bids shall be accepted. No faxed or emailed bids shall be accepted. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available at the Medway DPW office at 45B Holliston Street, Medway, MA 02053 after 2:00 p.m. on September 10, 2025.
