Medway Implements New Alert System

The Town of Medway, MA, has launched a new emergency notification system—Hyper-Reach. 

Hyper-Reach is a cloud-based emergency notification system used by governments and public safety agencies to rapidly communicate with targeted residents via phone, text, email, and other channels. It can send alerts for a wide range of issues, such as severe weather, public safety threats, or local advisories, and is often referred to as a modern version of the "Reverse 911" system.

To continue receiving important alerts and updates, residents must register for this new system. With Hyper-Reach, you can receive emergency notifications on your phone, by text message, and/or by email—you choose how you’d like to be contacted.
