LEGAL NOTICE Town of Medway Board of Health Notice is hereby given that on October 20, 2025, the Medway Board of Health voted to enact a regulation entitled “Medway Board of Health Rules and Regulations for Private Wells.” The regulation includes, but is not limited to, standards for well construction permits, well location and use requirements, along with water quantity and quality requirements.
