The hearing will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and the Medway General Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing from Kimberly Maurer for 7 Holbrook Street. The applicant proposes to move a preexisting chicken coop from within wetland resource to locations within the buffer zone of the wetland resource and the 100'-200' Riverfront Area.
