47 Partridge Street Legal Notice Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 7:05 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by Chris Frattaroli of Goddard Consulting, LLC, Northborough, MA on behalf of Nancy Donovan of Donovan Family Realty Trust, Franklin, MA. The applicant is proposing to subdivide an existing lot into 8 separate lots and construct 7 new single family homes along with associated stormwater management utilities. Approximately 36,300 Square Feet (SF) of proposed work is within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), of which approximately 5,961 SF is within the 25- to 50-foot Buffer Zone to BVW and 30,339 SF is within the 50- to 100-foot Buffer Zone to BVW. Additionally, approximately 9,575 SF of work is proposed within the 200-foot Riverfront Area. The Project is located at the end of 47 Partridge Street, Map 220, Lots 13, 14, and 15 within the Rural Residential II Zoning District. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. Medway citizens interested in these areas and/or who have specific ideas as to how the Town should expend its Community Preservation Act funds are urged to participate.
