TOWN OF FRANKLIN
In accordance with MGL c. 149, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing roof drain piping at the Horace Mann Middle School in the Town of Franklin.
Project: The work to be performed will include re-piping interior roof drains in the gymnasium, auditorium, and other parts of the school to outside locations, and other incidental work as required. There will be a pre-bid walk through on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Interested contractors should meet at the main entrance of Horace Mann Middle School, 224 Oak Street, Franklin, MA.

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold an in person meeting and Remote Public Hearing on August 9, 2021 at 7:05 PM and the Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 18, 2021 at 7:10 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, to consider amending Chapter 185, Sections 3, of the Code of the Town of Franklin, Zoning By-Law as follows:
