OPEN HOUSE Learn more about Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC's Reliable Affordable Resilient Enhancement Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC ("Algonquin") invites you to attend upcoming Open Houses for the proposed Reliable Affordable Resilient Enhancement ("AGT Enhancement"). This is a targeted enhancement of existing pipeline infrastructure which is designed to upgrade Algonquin's existing system within, or adjacent to, existing rights-of-way. This Algonquin enhancement will center around already existing infrastructure and will not require the construction of any new compressor stations. Within Massachusetts, pipeline enhancements will occur in the towns of Mendon, Bellingham, Franklin and Wrentham. Upgrades in Rhode Island will take place in Cumberland, Little Compton, Tiverton and Burrillville. Subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, this work is expected to take place in 2028, with an in-service date expected in late 2028. Amendments & Regulations LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MEDWAY COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Amendments to Medway Subdivision Regulations Tuesday, April 28, 2026 Pursuant to G.L. c. 41, §81Q, the Medway Planning and Economic Development Board (PEDB) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Sanford Hall, located in Medway Town Hall at 155 Village Street, Medway, to receive comments on proposed amendments to the PEDB Rules and Regulations for the Review and Approval of Land Subdivisions. As a courtesy, access via Zoom will also be provided. The proposed amendments constitute a comprehensive set of revisions with amendments throughout the Regulations, and are summarized below.
