FRANKLIN: Paul McKenna

Paul McKenna, 85, of Franklin died peacefully, August 20 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Leita A. (UMcCabe) Mckenna who died in 2023.

Born in Boston, January 10, 1941, the son of the late James and Sarah (Vallely) McKenna, Paul was raised in Jamacia Plain and had lived in Franklin for the past 63 years.

Paul had been a mason working for Local 3. He had worked for many years for the Bowdoin Company in Needham.

Paul served in the Marine Corps during the 1960’s.

He is survived by his children, Rachel Purdon of Franklin and Sean McKenna and his wife Andrea of Franklin.

He was the brother of the late James McKenna and Richard McKenna, and the father in law of the late Michael Parlon.

He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kayla Miliano and her husband Zack, Sarah Kirby and her husband Miles, Hannah Minogue and her husband David, and Calvin and Brody McKenna.

He is also survived by his great-granddaughters, McKenna Grace Kirby, Leita Ann Kirby and Mia Rose Miliano.

At Paul’s request all services will be private.
