The radios were fielded in 2019 – 2020 and are in fully functional condition. Some of the radios have wear-point, loose channel selector knobs, or scratches/marring on portions of the plastic case. Accessories included in this lot are twenty (20) of each: antennas, shoulder microphones, and individual charger stations; 40 Battery Packs (mixed lot of Impres and Impres 2 batteries); 7 Radio Holder Clips, and one (1) Six-Radio Impers2 Charging Station. This bid has a reserve listing price of $8,000. The auction ends on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Winning bidder will sign a non-collusion statement (per MGL c.30B), as well as a Bill of Sale. TREE REMOVAL HEARING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Scenic Road/Public Shade Tree Permit 267 Village Street 1 Brookside Road The Medway Planning and Economic Development Board (PEDB) and Medway Tree Warden will conduct a joint public hearing pursuant to G.L. c. 40 §15C and c. 87 §3 on September 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Medway Middle School Presentation Room, 45 Holliston Street, to consider an application from the Town of Medway for a scenic road permit and public shade tree permit for the removal of a three trees: 36" Norway Maple, 12" Norway Maple, and 10" White Ash, located within the Town's right-of-way adjacent to 1 Brookside Road and 267 Village Street, as part of a culvert replacement project.
