Project: The work to be performed will include site grading, constructing a new fitness area, installing a synthetic sprinting track (additive alternate), installing concrete lacrosse walls, constructing a new grass practice field, and a flood storage area, along with other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
