The Rotary/Dean Car Show, went off without a hitch from 10 am to 3pm at the Dean College Campus Center. For car lovers and the curious, there was plenty to see, including multiple examples of 1960s Pontiac GTOs (affectionately nicknamed “goats” – thus the plush toy goat on the chromed air cleaner of one vehicle). There were motorcycles and plenty of 1950s and 1960s Chevrolets and some built-from-scratch hot rods.

According to organizers, plans are already afoot to do it even bigger and better next year.

The show was cancelled last year due to Covid, making this is the 4th annual car show, rather than the 5th.
