Kathleen J. (Tucker) Mullineaux 72, of Norfolk, and a former resident of Franklin, passed away peacefully, Sunday October 3, 2021 at Milford Regional Medical Center, following an illness.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Saturday October 9th from 1-3PM.
