Benjamin Earl Boulter, 29, of Marlboro formerly of Franklin died October 27 following a long illness.

Born in Newton, June 17,1992, the son of Jeffrey R. and Amy M (Steeves) Boulter , Benjamin was raised and had lived in Franklin until moving to Marlboro last year.

He was a 2010 graduate of Franklin High School.

Benjamin was the Assistant Superintendent at Charter Oak Golf Course in Hudson. He had previously worked at the Woods Hole Golf Course in Falmouth. Turf management was his true calling.

Benjamin enjoyed snowboarding, live music concerts, especially Phish, Tom Petty and The Grateful Dead. He was avid sports fan. His happy place was at the beach.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister Molly Boulter of Woonsocket and his longtime girlfriend Meghan Callahan whom he lived with in Marlboro.

He is also survived by many uncles and aunts and cousins who loved him dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 1 in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street Franklin from 10:00-Noon.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Brain Injury Association of MA 30 Lyman Street #10, Westborough, MA 01581 or Gosnold Treatment Center 200 Ter Heun Drive, Falmouth, MA 02540.
