The Planning Board met Monday evening via Zoom. After calling the meeting to order, the attention went to 5 Fisher Street. Planner Amy Love said the project actually was approved back on December 20 2021. One of the outstanding items is they needed to work out was the stormwater management. Since then, they have done that so I've been given the go ahead that the plans can be endorsed.

In a roll-call vote, the Board endorsed the plans as presented.

Next, the Board dealt with Final Form H for 27 Forge Parkway. Love explained that a limited site plan had received approval on August 9, 2021 and wanted to install additional loading docks at their site. Love said the applicant was also in the Planning Office recently because they are planning a solar canopy, which will be a separate filing. She said Beta has been out to the site and has provided a report of any outstanding items, meaning that if the Board wants to approve as a “partial” they can do so or approve as “final” with conditions.

After a brief discussion, the Board voted to approve a partial and to bring the applicant back for a “final” at a later date.

The Board then approved meeting minutes from April 11.

The next public hearing was supposed to be for 341 Union Street but the applicant wanted a continuance. After some discussion. the Board agreed to move that matter to May 23.

Finally, the Board agreed to reschedule a public hearing for 585 King Street to June 6.

After a brief discussion of the Franklin for All hearing scheduled for the Black Box on Monday, May 16, the meeting adjourned.
