  • Franklin For All – the marketing name for the MAPC-EDC rezoning push -- is putting on a show at the Black Box Monday night accessible in person or via Zoom. Doors open at 6 and the presentation begins at 7.   • Inexpensive breakfast, if you are the right age, and free coffee for all – The Town leadership – plus (usually) Rep. Jeff Roy, will be having “office hours” at the Senior Center Cafe. That’s Thursday, May 19, at 8:30 AM.
  • With a state-declared Level I drought in southeastern Mass. (plus Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket), the town has instituted one day per week outdoor watering. Outdoor watering using sprinklers or automated irrigation systems is restricted to the water user's trash day. If the user does not have Town trash service, the user should water on the same day as the nearest Town trash customer.
