Franklin Common "Going to the Dogs" on June 4

The Franklin Lions have something special planned for Franklin Common. On June 4, from 12-3, (rain date, June 5)  there will be a free event, The Dog Project, that highlights the roles of dogs beyond just pets.

The Club writes, "Join us as we showcase the many different ways dogs can help us and discover how we can help them! We will have daycares, trainers, bakeries, veterinarians, groomers, boutiques, and more.

"There will be demonstration blocks throughout the afternoon with some of the best trained pups we know!

"Come and explore how our canine companions are more than just pets!

* Franklin Police Department,

* Canines for Disabled Kids,

and more!

The event will be held at the Franklin Town Common,  200 Main Street, Franklin, MA 02038
