Margaret M. Taylor

Margaret "Peg" M. (Oliver) Taylor age 88 of Blackstone, MA passed away peacefully on Monday December 9th with her loving family by her side. Born in Flushing NY, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Margaret E. (Hayes) Oliver, and the beloved wife of the late Gurdon "Bud" H. Taylor for 46 years.

She and Bud lived together in Needham for many years raising their 8 children, where she always loved entertaining and cooking for everyone. She worked at the Needham Library for many years before moving to Franklin and then later settling in Blackstone; she went on to work at the Franklin Library in the children's room where she was most loved for her story times. She loved gardening, baking, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived and will be greatly missed by her children Paul, Stephen, Patrick, Dennis, Chris, and Jeanne Taylor, Kathleen Paulin, and Mary Hynes, 11 grandchildren, and one great grandson.
