MADALENE VILLAGE, FRANKLIN LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROJECT: Madalene Village, 40B Development Project LOCATION: Cottage St and Pecks St, Franklin Massachusetts PROPONENT: Rich Whittington of MV Cottage Development, LLC The undersigned is submitting an Expanded Environmental Notification Form (“ENF”) / Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before November 30, 2022 This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (“MEPA,” M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L). 121 Grove Street LEGAL NOTICE Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 7:01 PM on an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Christopher Lucas of Lucas Environmental LLC, Quincy, MA on behalf of Robert Hewitt of Fairfield Residential Company LLC, Burlington, MA for confirmation of Delineations for two Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), one Isolated Vegetated Wetland (IVW), and an Inland Bank to three Intermittent Streams. The project is located at 121 Grove Street, Map 295 Lot 1 and Map 294 Lot 7, in the Industrial Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform and “In-person” in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street.
