Franklin American Legion Post 75's Frank Coughlin reported that flags for veterans have been successfully deployed.
On Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th the Girl Scouts and Brownie troops, along with the Cub scouts and Boy Scout troops in Franklin and their leaders participated in the replacement of flags on Veteran's graves . Under the direction of American Legion Post 75 this task was successfully completed in the three Franklin cemeteries, Union Street, Green Street, and St. Mary's.
