“An Enchanted Evening Awaits”
is the theme of the Mélange 2024 Gala and Live Auction. The signature fundraiser for Milford Regional Medical Center is slated to
take place on Saturday, November 2 at 208 Fortune Boulevard in
Milford.
The
2024 event marks the 20th
year of the annual benefit. Given the emerald theme traditionally associated with 20th
celebrations, Mélange guests will journey through the Emerald City adorned venue inspired by the movie The
Wizard of Oz. Since
2005, the Mélange Gala and Live Auction benefit has been providing
crucial funds needed to support the most immediate needs of the
hospital.
“I
continue to be awe-struck every year at how this magnificent event
continues to bring together so many generous individuals from the
Milford Regional community for the common good of our hospital and
our patients,” said Milford Regional Medical Center President and
CEO Edward J. Kelly. “Over the last 20 years, our Mélange Gala and
Live Auction has helped raise critical funding so that we may
continue to provide extraordinary healthcare to the patients we so
proudly serve.”
The
Mélange 2024 Gala and Live Auction will be hosted by the Meehan
Family of Imperial Cars. Harry Santa-Olalla will once again host the
live auction portion of the evening that will feature high-ticket bid
items, ranging from travel packages to once-in-a-lifetime
experiences.
Sponsorships
are available at five different funding levels.
“Over
the last two decades, our Mélange event has raised millions of
dollars for Milford Regional, which wouldn’t have been possible
without the ongoing support of the faithful donors and corporate
sponsors in our community,” said Vice President of Philanthropy and
Executive Director Emily Quinn. “Our community’s consistent
philanthropic spirit allows our annual event much success, and that
translates to Milford Regional continuing its mission to provide
exemplary care to our patients.”
