Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40
(Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation
Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, January 23,
2025 at 7:14 PM on an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation
(ANRAD) filed by Richard Goodreau of United Consultants, Inc.,
Wrentham, MA on behalf of Donovan Family Realty Trust, Franklin,
MA. The ANRAD serves to determine the boundaries of Bordering
Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, and the
100-foot Buffer Zones to both BVW and Bordering Land Subject to
Flooding as well as the 200-foot Riverfront Area. The Project
is located at 47 Partridge Street, Map 220, Lots 13, 14 and 15,
within the Rural Residential II Zone. The hearing will provide

- ROADWAY EXTENSION LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids (IFB)
TOWN OF FRANKLIN
In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the
Town of Franklin to
retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of
constructing approximately 1,100 feet of new roadway extending from
Veterans Memorial Drive within the Town of Franklin.
Project: Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT for
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION for the amount of the Estimated Construction
Cost indicated below. The work to be performed will include clearing,
excavation, grading, rock removal, subbase, paving with hot mix
asphalt, asphalt berm, granite curb, concrete sidewalks, concrete
pedestrian ramps, utility installation, stormwater features, wetland
replication, plantings, and other incidental work as required. Work
under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid
prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material,
labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
