Town of Franklin Launches New Updated Website

Yesterday, the long gestation of Franklin's updated website finally went live. In addition to some new functionality, it also includes the "hot plate" logo and adopts a new slogan, 'The First of Many."

The website, like its predecessor, is built on a platform from CivicPlus and includes a more visible notification than previously that the town owns the copyright to everything on the site.

Another new feature is a small button on the lower right corner of the display area that allows one to select translations of the website into any of several dozen choices, Arabic being one:
