BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town
of Franklin Zoning
By-Laws, the Franklin Planning
Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (that can also be
attended remotely) on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the
Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal
Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Special Permit and Site Plan
application prepared by Amanda Cavaliere of Guerriere & Halnon,
Inc., Franklin,
MA, and submitted to the Department of Planning & Community

NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Amendments to Medway Zoning
Bylaw Tuesday, March 11, 2025 Pursuant to G.L. c. 40A, §5,
the Medway Planning
and Economic Development Board (PEDB) will conduct a public hearing
on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Sanford Hall, located
in Medway Town
Hall at 155 Village Street, Medway,
to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Medway Zoning
Bylaw. As a courtesy, access via Zoom will also be provided.
The proposed amendments have been prepared for inclusion on the
warrant for consideration at the May 12, 2025, annual town meeting.
The subject matter of the proposed amendments is summarized below.
The specific article identifier will be revised as the Select Board
finalizes the warrant and assigns warrant article numbers.
ARTICLE A – Accessory Dwelling Units – To amend the zoning bylaw
to comply with G.L. c. 40A, §3 relative to Accessory Dwelling Units
(ADU) by repealing Section 8.2, Accessory Family Dwelling Units
(AFDU), and replacing it with a new Section 8.2, Accessory Dwelling
Units; and by inserting a definition of Accessory Dwelling Unit; and
by amending Table 1, Schedule of Uses, to delete AFDU and insert ADU;
and to make other related changes. A draft of the proposed
amendments is on file at the offices of the Town Clerk and the
Community and Economic Development Department at Medway Town
Hall, 155 Village Street, and may be reviewed during regular business
hours. The proposed amendments will also be posted online at the
PEDB's web page at the Town's web site:

NOTICE SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of the Order on the
Receiver's Motion for Authority to Auction/Sell Real Estate and
Motion For Service of Respondent By Publication from the Housing
Court Department, Metro South Division (Docket No 24-CV-0086) in
favor of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
vs. The Wheeler Family Funding Trust, for the property located at 80
