Open House Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act Reliable Affordable Resilient Enhancement Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC ("Algonquin") invites you to attend an upcoming Open House for the proposed Reliable Affordable Resilient Enhancement ("AGT Enhancement"). The public is encouraged to attend this Open House which will provide opportunity for public review and comment of AGT Enhancement ahead of Algonquin's anticipated submittal of the Environmental Notification Form (ENF) in June as part of the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) process. This is a targeted enhancement of existing pipeline infrastructure which is designed to upgrade Algonquin's existing system within, or adjacent to, existing rights-of-way. The AGT Enhancement will center around already existing infrastructure and will not require the construction of any new compressor stations. Within Massachusetts, pipeline enhancements will occur in the towns of Mendon, Bellingham, Franklin and Wrentham. Upgrades in Rhode Island will take place in Cumberland, Little Compton, Tiverton and Burrillville. Subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, this work is expected to take place in 2028, with an in-service date expected in late 2028. There will be graphics and displays regarding the ENF, the public review and comment process, and next steps. All views and comments made at the Open House will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible. In-Person Open House Date: May 14, 2026 Time: 3:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
