Michelle Reed passed away at her favorite place, R N R Cape Escape, after a courageous battle with cancer. Michelle was predeceased by her Mother, Terese Norton, her husband Mark Reed, and her son Peter Reed. Michelle is survived by her children, Courtney Newman, Danielle and Gary Ryan, Chandler and Bryanne Reed, and Alex Potter, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Anthony, Mackenzie, Parker, and her grand puppy Tyson. Michelle also leaves behind many friends and what she would call her “framily”
Michelle’s greatest joy in life were her children, and her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family and friends whether it be around her kitchen table for a weekly dinner, at her happy place on the beach in Dennisport, or lots of surrounding restaurants where she would enjoy the company of all that loved her, and an ice cold glass of Prosecco.
Michelle was an avid Boston sports fan and she loved spending her Sundays tailgating with friends and attending Patriots games at Gillette Stadium.
Michelle touched the lives of so many and she will be missed beyond measures.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Monday, August 17th, at 9 A.M. from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Franklin at 10 A.M.
Burial at the parish cemetery will be held privately with her family at a later date.
Calling hours are Sunday, August 16th from 2-5 P.M. in the funeral home.
