According to a post on Franklin Matters, written by Franklin Cable Access Channel Executive Director, Pete Fasciano, he and his team are adding ways to conveniently watch town government meetings 'live' -- or at and later time.
Franklin.TV began live-streaming government meetings and some school sports and other events on YouTube this spring. Now, according to Fasciano, Franklin. TV is posting most of its programs on YouTube.
Fasciano also noted that the Franklin.TV website is being improved and its associated YouTube streams are also being categorized into Public Access, School, and Government channels -- a structure that parallels the three local cable channels. The arrangement also supports livestreaming multiple events simultaneously.
As Fasciano explained in his article, you just need to click on the appropriate channel logo on the Franklin.TV home page. It will take you to the YouTube Live link for that channel’s scheduled livestream event.
