The project proposes the construction of 3,240 square foot barn and the removal of 5 trees within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW). The Project is located at 74 South Street, Map 341 Parcel 010, in the Rural Residential 1 Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform and “In-person” in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street. PROSPECT HILL ESTATES LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing in person and remotely on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 7:05 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Subdivision application titled “Prospect Hill Estates” prepared by GLM Engineering Associates Inc., Holliston, MA, and submitted to the Department of Planning & Community Development on October 5, 2022, by Wall Street Development Corp.
