Linda A. (Padula) Handy, 75

Linda A. (Padula) Handy, 75, of Franklin, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 14, 2022 in her home surrounded by family.

Born April 19, 1947, in Milford, MA, the daughter of the late Rose B. (Pasquantonio) and Frank J. Padula of Franklin, MA, Linda was a resident of Franklin for over 30 years.

Linda loved spending time with family and friends and cooking and entertaining. She cherished her friendships with everyone.

She adored her time and years at Putnam Investments and the Florentina Restaurant, where she would gather with great friends to sing, tell stories, and create memories she shared with people for years.

Linda was devoted to her two sons, David and Eric, and adored her granddaughter, Alexia Rose.

She is survived by her two children, David M. Handy and his husband, Donald J. Dallaire of Nantucket, MA, and Eric M. Handy of Maynard, MA.

Linda was the sister of Frank (Butch) Padula of Whitinsville, MA, and Michael Rocha of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Tuesday November 22nd, at 9 AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Sons Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St., Franklin, MA, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Square Franklin at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.

Calling hours are Monday from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
