Borden & Associates Inc. on behalf of Paata Macharashvili of Washington 803 Nominee Trust, Stoughton MA. The project proposes the demolition of an existing structure followed by the construction of a new single family house, foundation, and driveway totaling approximately 6,420 square feet within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), of which 1,050 square feet of work is proposed within the 50-foot Buffer Zone to BVW. The project proposes the construction of a single-family house, driveway and septic system totaling 24,520 square feet of disturbance. Approximately 10,379 square feet of the work is proposed within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), of which approximately 2000 square feet of work is proposed within the 50-foot buffer zone to BVW. The Project is located at Lot 1 on Bent Street, Map 215 Parcel 22, in the Rural Residential 1 Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. Eisenhauer, et al. vs. Francis Allen, et al TO: all unknown and unascertained persons who may be heirs, devisees, appointees, or persons claiming under the late Mary Grace White, who died on October 15, 1994. WHEREAS a civil action has been begun against you in our Superior Court by Dana L. Eisenhauer and Patti L. Eisenhauer wherein the Plaintiffs are seeking to quiet title and thereby extinguish any hypothetical adverse claim that the heirs of the late Mary Grace White could assert with respect to the real property owned by the Plaintiffs known as 24 Hayward Street, Franklin, Massachusetts, arising from a 1942 deed from Mary Grace White to her sisters, Loretta F. Kearns and Katherine E. Allen being lost.
