Mildred E. "Millie" (Green) Bertram ,77, of Franklin, passed away peacefully, Wednesday November 23, 2022 at Milford Regional Medical Center, following an illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph "Toke" Bertram, who died in 2011.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for June of 2023, and information will be posted to this site.
