Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical School District The Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical School District 147 Pond Street, Franklin, MA is accepting qualifications from Construction Managers to provide preconstruction and construction management services on a new Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School building project in Franklin, MA. The procurement process will follow M.G.L. c. 149A for CM at Risk Services, beginning with this Request for Qualifications. Preconstruction Services are expected to start in March 2023; if the project is approved construction is expected to begin in June 2024. Qualifications are sought from CM firms which have successfully completed project of similar scope, complexity, schedule and budget.
