Joyce D. (Costello) Cullins of Franklin, formerly Newton, passed away peacefully Tuesday January 31st, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 60.

Born on June 8, 1962 in Boston; beloved daughter of William Costello and Marilyn (Creonte) Costello. Joyce was raised and lived in the Auburndale section of Newton for many years before moving to Franklin 20 years ago.

A graduate of Newton North High School with the Class of 1980, Joyce went on to further her education graduating from the University of New Hampshire. She was employed as a Campaign Manager in Digital Marketing at Merkle Inc., Monster.com, and Gillette.

Joyce devoted much of her spare time to volunteering with charitable causes associated with Breast cancer. She also enjoyed her Live Strong Workout Group. Joyce loved reading, doing puzzles, traveling, going to the beach and caring for her cats "Chatham" and "Jax".

She is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years Robert M. Cullins; her devoted & loving children Tyler W. Cullins and his wife Katie of Wrentham; Zachary D. Cullins and Kerri-Anne C. Cullins both of Franklin; her beloved parents William Costello and Marilyn (Creonte) Costello of Needham; and her dear sisters Pamela J. Costello of Billerica and the Caroline M. Costello.

Those who wish to pay their respects to Joyce and her family can do so at the Brasco & Sons Memorial Funeral Home, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Tuesday, February 7th from 3:00 - 7:00 pm. For those who wish to pay their final respects, but are unable to attend, please be sure to sign the guestbook at www.BrascoFuneralhome.com. Parking attendants will be on duty.

Family and friends are welcome to gather and celebrate Joyce's life and remember the love and friendship she shared with others for a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday morning February 8th at Saint Bernard's Church, 1573 Washington Street, NEWTON at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Newton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to Dana Farber, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215.
