retain the services of an on call elevator mechanic. Services include
quarterly maintenance, annual state inspection support and on-call
repairs when needed. Project: Provide and support annual state
inspections. Provide quarterly inspections. Check elevator operations
each visit, checking all door operations, signal fixture lamps, car
acceleration, deceleration, and floor stop for smooth and efficient
performance. Perform examination, lubrication, and adjustment will

INVITATION
FOR BIDS (IFB) – ON CALL CARPENTRY / HANDYMAN SERVICE In
accordance with MGL c. 149, it is the intention of the Town
of Franklin to
retain carpentry and handyman services across various Town and School
buildings maintained by the Facilities Department. Project:
Completes all assigned carpentry, maintenance, and repair tasks
within Town and School facilities. Inspects, repairs, installs,
modifies, rebuilds, constructs, and maintains facility structures and
components, focusing on carpentry work. Troubleshoots construction
and facility problems to determine required repairs. Performs
emergency repairs as necessary, which may require response outside of
standard hours (24/7 on-call availability as scheduled). Participates
in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance
programs for facilities. Collaborates effectively with other trades
and craftsmen (e.g., electricians, plumbers) as needed. ?
Examples of typical tasks: door/hardware repairs, cutting new keys,
building envelope repairs, flooring, ceiling, installation support of
equipment & appliances, hanging wall decor, furniture repair,
supporting classroom partition installation, installing window AC's,

NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROJECT: Reliable Affordable Resilient
Enhancement LOCATION: Pipeline enhancements will occur in the towns
of Mendon, Bellingham, Franklin and
Wrentham. PROPONENT: Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC ("Algonquin")
The undersigned submitted an Environmental Notification Form ("ENF")
to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on June 1,
2026 This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the
Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA," M.G.L. c.
30, ss. 61-62L). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from: Katelyn

COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Mass
General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands
Protection Act, and the Medway General
Bylaws, Article 21 (wetlands) the Medway Conservation
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM to
consider a Request for Determination of Applicability
within Medway Middle
school, 45 B Holliston Street, Door 7, Medway,
MA. The hearing will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of
the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and
the Medway General
Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by Robert and Natalie Hudon. The
applicant proposes to remove 5 trees within the 25' - 100' buffer
zone and 1 tree within the 0-25' No Disturb Zone to wetland resource.
The applicant has requested a waiver under Section 29 of the
Regulations (Bylaw) for Section 21.2(b) of Article 21. The proposed
work is within the 100' Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands,
as shown on Assessor's Map 55 Lot 001. Notice of the Conservation
Commission public meeting is posted in Town Hall not less than 48
hours in advance as required by the MA Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. c.
30A, § 18-25). This meeting will be conducted in person and,
as a courtesy, via remote means in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or
participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public,
applicants, and board members, the meeting and hearings will not be
suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the
virtual broadcast, unless required by law. The public may participate
in this meeting via Remote Participation or if need may attend in
