Homes2 Suites by Hilton Now Set for June Open

The new Homew2 Suites by Hilton Boston Franklin hotel at 725 Union Street, behind the Chateau, is now set for a June opening, according to a corporate web site.

Lately, the site has been a beehive of activity and a focus for the town's inspectional services, noted Building Commissioner Lloyd "Gus" Brown.

The project was announced in 2018 and was originally supposed to open in the spring of 2021. The opening has been repeatedly put off since the onset of the pandemic. When complete it will feature approximately 100 guest rooms
