On Sunday, 2/19/2023 at approximately 3:56 am Officers responded to a residence on Fisher Street for a report of a breaking and entering into a residence. Officers arrived and found a man matching the description given by reporting parties in the immediate area. After an investigation, Jhon Pichisaca, a 21-year-old Milford resident was arrested

Franklin Crossing Road
On Sunday, 2/19/2023 at approximately 1:02 pm Officers responded to a residence on Franklin Crossing Road for a sudden death investigation.

Shoplifting
275 East Central Street Big Lots
On Monday, 2/20/2023 at approximately 3:34 pm Officers responded to the Big Lots for a report of a past shoplifting. An investigation was opened.
Motor Vehicle Crash
Franklin Village Mall
On Monday, 2/20/2023 at approximately 4:40 pm Officers responded to the Franklin Village Mall for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. There were no reported injuries, and a crash investigation was completed.
Suspicious Activity
Maria Circle
On Monday, 2/20/2023 at approximately 6:02 pm Officers responded to a residence on Maria Circle for a report of a man in an orange safety vest taking pictures of the reporting party’s house. It was determined the man was a subcontractor of the insurance company.
Sudden Death Investigation

On Monday, 2/20/2023 at approximately 6:33 pm Officers responded to a residence on Crossfield Road for a sudden death investigation.
Overdose
Franklin
On Monday, 2/20/2023 at approximately 7:32 pm Officers responded to a residence in Franklin for a reported overdose alongside the FFD.
2/21/2023
Suspicious Activity
Franklin
On Tuesday, 2/21/2023 at approximately 10:02 am Officers took a report of suspicious activity. During the report it became apparent the reporting party was experiencing a mental health crisis. They were transported to the hospital under a section 12.
Fraud
Highwood Drive
On Tuesday, 2/21/2023 at approximately 4:18 pm an Officer took a report of identity fraud from a resident of Highwood Drive. It was reported unemployment benefits were opened using the reporting party’s information. An investigation was opened.
Motor Vehicle Violation/Arrest
West Central Street @ Beaver Street
On Tuesday, 2/21/2023 at approximately 6:31 pm an Officer observed a motor vehicle violation in the area of West Central Street and Beaver Street. After stopping the vehicle, it was determined the operator of the vehicle had a warrant for their arrest. The operator, Lucas Pereria, a 28-year-old Pawtucket, RI resident was arrested for the above warrant.

Motor Vehicle Crash
Peck Street
On Wednesday, 2/22/2023 at approximately 7:07 am Officers responded to Peck Street for a two-car motor vehicle crash. One vehicle was parked at the time of the crash. Both vehicles were towed, and a crash report was completed.
Motor Vehicle Violation/Arrest
103 West Central Street
On Wednesday, 2/22/2023 at approximately 11:30 am an Officer was conducting traffic enforcement around 103 West Central Street. They observed a motor vehicle violation and stopped a vehicle. After an investigation, the operator, Maureen Sullivan, a 57-year old Franklin resident was arrested and charged with:

Larceny
301 Union Street
On Thursday, 2/23/2023 at approximately 9:30 am an Officer took a report of a past
larceny. A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle in the area of 301 Union
Street. An investigation was opened.

East Central Street @ King Street
On Friday, 2/24/2023 at approximately 10:33 am Officers responded to East Central Street at King Street for a report of a two-car crash. No injuries were reported, and a crash report was completed.

On Friday, 2/24/2023 at approximately 11:59 am Officers responded to the Franklin Village Mall for a report of a two-car crash. The crash was minor in nature and a crash report was completed.
Well-Being Check
Independence Way
On Friday, 2/24/2023 at approximately 12:20 pm an Officer responded to the playground on Independence Way for a well-being check. It was a reported a child was outside by themself for hours on the playground. Officers spoke with the child, who was teenager, and they found the child likes playing outside opposed to being inside. Everything checked okay.

On Friday, 2/24/2023 at approximately 12:29 pm Officers responded to 4 Forge Parkway for a report of a two-car crash. The crash was minor in nature and a crash report was completed.
Stolen Motor Vehicle
Gatehouse Lane
On Friday, 2/24/2023 at approximately 7:11 pm Officers responded to a residence on Gatehouse Lane for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. An investigation was opened.

Vandalism
Partridge Street
On Saturday, 2/25/2023 at approximately 10:17 am Officers responded to a residence on Partridge Street for a report of vandalism. It was reported teenagers stole a lamp and a yard sign and disposed of them down the street. An investigation was opened.
Motor Vehicle Violation
West Central Street @ Grove Street
On Saturday, 2/25/2023 at approximately 11:30 am an Officer observed a motor vehicle violation in the area of West Central Street and Grove Street. The vehicle was stopped and after an investigation, the operator, a 27-year-old Central Falls, RI resident was charged with:
-Failure to Stop
-Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle
-Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle
-Attaching Plates
-Forging a RMV Document
Fraud/Scam
Hawthorne Village Apartments
On Saturday, 2/25/2023 at approximately 12:52 pm Officers took a report of fraud. It was reported a resident fell victim to a scam where someone claimed the victim’s daughter was arrested and needed money for bail. An investigation was opened.
Suspicious Activity
Sheila Lane
On Saturday, 2/25/2023 at approximately 8:51 pm Officers responded to a residence on Sheila Lane for a report of people yelling at a vehicle driving down the road. It was determined a vehicle drove down Sheila Lane and egged two vehicles. Teenagers from Sheila Lane went to confront the occupants of the vehicle, but the vehicle fled prior to Officers arrival. An investigation was opened.
