BLACK BOX/Comprehensive Wealth Planners Blood Drive Mar 21

Tuesday, March 21, there will be a BLACK BOX Blood Drive sponsored by Comprehensive Wealth Planners at Dean Bank.

According to the American Red Cross in the United States, someone needs blood every two seconds, and someone needs platelets every thirty seconds. There is not a consistent demand for each blood type. One type of blood being in stock does not guarantee that another type is.  Additionally, every year there is an increase of around 5-7% for transfusions without an increase of donors to balance it.

All of these factors make donations vitally important.

The BLACK BOX/ Comprehensive Wealth Planners event will be in the Theater at 15 West Central Street from noon to 5 pm on March 21.
