BYLAW AMENDMENT LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN, MA The Franklin Town Council will hold a second reading and final vote on the adoption of Town Code Bylaw Amendment 23-893: A Bylaw to Amend The Code of the Town of Franklin, Chapter 139, Entitled Sewers, as follows: Chapter 139-14 of the Code of the Town of Franklin entitled Sewer System Map, Exhibit A (map) be amended by adding the following extension as an eligible location: §139-14. Sewer System Map Exhibit A: Extending sewer system for cannabis grow facility at 160 Grove Street. The proposed sewer extension will involve connecting to the existing gravity sewer which terminates in front of #168 Grove Street (Franklin Tile) and installing new gravity sewer approximately 600 feet northerly and upstream to the area in front of #160 Grove Street. The second reading and final vote on adoption of this bylaw amendment will take place during the Town Council Public Meeting beginning at 7:00 pm on March 15, 2023; there will be an opportunity for public input during the process. 25 FORGE PARKWAY Legal Notice Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Protection Act) Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 7:01 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by Brian Jones, of Allen & Major Associates, Inc., Manchester, NH on behalf of Matthew Clark, TMC Holdings & Development 2 LLC, Bellingham, MA. The project proposes to construct a 16,000 square foot building addition, 17 additional parking spaces, and a paved contractor yard within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW). The Project is located at 25 Forge Parkway, Map 275 Lot 14, in the Industrial Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform and “In-person” in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street.
